Welcome to Simply Created. By accessing or making a purchase through our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or placing an order.
2. Products & Orders
·        All products offered by Simply Created are made-to-order, including items featured in our online collections and custom projects.
·        Upon discussing a custom project, Simply Created will provide a design mockup for customer approval.
·        A 50% deposit is required upon customer approval of the mockup. This deposit is non-refundable once production has commenced.
3. Pricing & Payments
·        All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
·        We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Venmo and other payment methods as specified at checkout.
·        Shipping is available at a flat rate of $9.95. Orders over $125 qualify for free shipping.
4. Shipping & Delivery
·        Orders are processed and shipped following the completion of production.
·        Customers will receive a confirmation email, including tracking information, once their order has been shipped.
·        Simply Created is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Cancellations
·        Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
·        If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or repair as appropriate.
·        Simply Created will cover shipping costs for replacements or repairs of defective or damaged items.
·        For custom orders, if cancellation occurs after production has begun, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
6. Intellectual Property
All original content, designs, and materials on the Simply Created website, including graphics, logos, and text, are the property of Simply Created and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. Team logos and other third-party trademarks displayed on our products are used with permission or for illustrative purposes and remain the property of their respective owners. Simply Created does not claim ownership of any team logos or third-party trademarks.
7. Limitation of Liability
·        Simply Created is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
·        Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.
8. Governing Law
·        These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
