All items from Simply Created are made to order, including products from our online collections. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item to assess the issue. If approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund. Simply Created will cover the shipping costs for any replacement due to defects or damage.
For custom orders, once your project has been discussed, Simply Created will provide a digital mockup for your approval. A 50% deposit is required upon approval. Please note that if you choose to cancel your order after production has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
